Bridon Integra Green Netwrap, 51 in x 9,840 ft

A 51-inch-wide, 9,840-foot roll of Bridon Integra green netwrap for compatible four-foot round balers.

Match the roll to the baler

This is a 51-inch-wide roll of Bridon Integra netwrap, 9,840 feet long, in green. The width is intended for four-foot round balers. Check the baler's required net width and core arrangement before bringing a new roll to the field; a roll that fits the bale diameter but is too wide or too narrow for the feed path will not be a good match. The roll length is useful when estimating how many bales remain before changing rolls, but actual use varies with bale size, wrap settings and the machine.

Use the stripe as a loading cue

Integra's red and blue directional stripes help identify correct roll loading and continue to help with unrolling during feeding. Check the arrow or loading directions on the roll and baler before threading the web through the feed path. The red end warning marks the tail end of the roll, so it is easier to see when the remaining wrap is short. These visual signals are useful during a busy baling day, when a roll change happens between fields or while other equipment is moving.

Consider the bale and the season

Integra is designed for North American balers and crops. It offers a 10 percent strength increase over standard Bridon netwrap, UV protection and a guaranteed roll length. Those points matter when comparing netwrap that will be handled and stored after baling.

Handle the roll without pinching the net

Carry handles are built into the roll to help with loading and unloading. Use them for a controlled lift and keep the mesh from dragging across rough ground or a sharp edge while the roll is moved to the baler. Keep the net clean while threading it through the machine; dirt or a snag can interfere with the feed path.

Keep the roll protected between jobs

Store the roll indoors between jobs. Outdoor condensation can swell the cardboard core and prevent the roll from feeding correctly, even when the mesh looks sound. If net does not feed as expected, check the loading direction and baler's feed adjustment. Keep the identification code from inside the core if you need help with a product issue.

Directions for use

Check the baler manufacturer's required net width and loading direction before installing the roll. Use the directional stripe and equipment instructions when threading and loading. Keep the roll indoors between jobs; Bridon warns that outdoor condensation can swell the cardboard core and interfere with feeding.
