Youth Spurs with Plain 1/2" Band, 1-3/8" Shank, 10-Point Rowel

Young riders need a spur they can wear without thinking about it. These black steel spurs come in a youth size with a plain 1/2" band, a 1-3/8" shank and a 10-point rowel.

Scuffs and dried mud wipe off the black steel with a rag, so the spurs go from the lesson pen to the show ring without a polish.

Good to know

• Pair them with a youth-size leather spur strap and boots with a defined heel; the band rests against that heel and stays where you set it.
• Check the strap fit with the boot on before you mount, then again after a few rides while the leather breaks in.
• Wipe the steel dry after a wet or muddy ride and let the straps air out before they go back in the tack room.
