Hand-turning a tray of eggs several times a day is easy to put off and hard to keep up. This automatic turner does the work for you. An electric motor rotates the eggs on its own, which keeps the yolk from settling against one side of the shell.
The plastic cups hold 41 chicken eggs, and the turner fits any Little Giant still-air or circulated-air incubator with no assembly. Set it in, load the cups and get back to the rest of the chores while it works.
It's dishwasher safe, so cleanup after a hatch takes little time. Quail rails for smaller eggs are sold separately, and turkey and duck eggs won't fit these cups.

Why turning matters through incubation
Turning keeps the yolk from settling against one side of the shell while the embryo develops. Most hatching guides call for turning until the last few days before hatch, and a turner keeps that routine going overnight and on the days you're busy.
Hand-turning is easy to skip when life gets busy, and a turner doesn't skip. It's a good fit for the keeper who runs a hatch or two a year and doesn't want to turn eggs at 2 a.m.
If you already run a Little Giant incubator, the turner adds a hands-off step to what you're doing.

How to use it
Set the turner in a Little Giant still-air or circulated-air incubator, load the cups with chicken eggs and start it up.
- Set the turner in the incubator. No assembly is needed.
- Load the 41 plastic cups with chicken eggs. Turkey and duck eggs won't fit.
- Start the motor and check the cups now and then to make sure the turning keeps going.
When the hatch is over, the turner is dishwasher safe, so cleanup is quick. Let it dry fully before the next hatch.
Good to know
- Quail rails for smaller eggs are sold separately, so pick those up before a quail hatch.
- Turkey and duck eggs won't fit these cups, so keep this turner for chicken eggs.
- Keep a thermometer or hygrometer in the incubator, so you can read the conditions while the turner works.
- Replace the turner if the motor stalls or the cups crack, since a stalled turner leaves the eggs in one position.
- Check that your incubator is a still-air or circulated-air Little Giant before you order.
- Take the eggs off the turner for the last three days before hatch, so the chicks can settle into hatching position.
