Horse Fly Sheet, Lightweight Mesh

Hot days and biting flies are hard on a horse, and a heavy sheet only adds to the misery. This fly sheet is built from lightweight polyester mesh, so air moves through while flies, gnats and sun stay off. That makes it a sensible choice for turnout in the heat, when your horse needs protection without extra warmth.

Double buckle front closures make it quick to put on and take off. A belly strap and two elastic leg straps keep it moving with your horse instead of sliding out of place. Rubber grommets at the surcingles add holding strength, and the tail flap gives the hind end extra cover from insects and harsh sun.

Good to know

• Check the belly strap and both leg straps before turnout so the sheet stays where it belongs.
• Rinse off sweat and dirt, then let it air dry fully before you fold it away.
• Use it in hot weather when your horse needs airflow more than warmth.
• Pair it with a fly mask when the bugs are after the face too.

Have it on hand before the first heavy fly day.
