Russet Harness Leather Round Roper & Contest Reins, 3/4"

These are the reins you leave on the bridle, not the pair you save for show day. Russet harness leather takes weather, sweat and repetition, and the round build feels as good in your hand as it looks. Corrosion-resistant hardware holds up to mud, wash-downs and a rein that lives in the trailer.

A good fit for ropers and contest riders who want one set of reins that works in the arena and out on the fence line.

Highlights

• Weather-resistant russet harness leather for sweat, rain and daily use
• Round shape fills your hand for a steady, comfortable grip
• Corrosion-resistant hardware stands up to mud and wash-downs
• 3/4 inch width built for roping and contest work
• One set of reins that moves from arena to pasture

At a glance

Good to know

• Pair them with a russet headstall for a matched bridle that looks right on any horse.
• Wipe mud and sweat off with a damp cloth after a ride and let the leather dry away from direct heat so it stays supple.
• A light coat of leather conditioner a few times a season keeps harness leather from drying out.

Keep a spare set in the trailer so a worn rein never costs you a ride.
