Flea and tick protection shouldn't stop the minute your dog comes in from a walk. This water-resistant collar starts working on contact and keeps releasing its active ingredients onto the coat and skin for up to 7 months. It targets fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae, ticks and deer ticks, so you aren't only chasing the adults you see.
The adjustable collar buckles over your dog's regular collar, so your dog's ID and leash hardware stay where they are. It stays effective through swimming and rain, so a creek day is no reason to skip it.

Why choose a flea and tick collar
A collar is a set-it-once tool. One fitting covers months of walks, yard time and trips into the woods, with no daily pill to remember and no spray to reapply every week.
It is a good fit for the dog that spends its days outside, the hunting dog that runs the brush, and any household with more than one dog, since each dog can wear its own collar.
Fleas are mostly off the dog. Only about 5% of fleas live on the pet, which is why the collar works best as part of a whole-home plan that includes the bedding, the carpets and the yard.

How to use it
Fit the collar loosely, so it can move with a growing dog.
- Keep the collar rolled until you're ready to use it.
- Take it out of the wrapper, then unroll and stretch it to activate it.
- Place the collar around the dog's neck and buckle it in place.
- Check the fit. It should slide snugly over the head, with two fingers fitting between the collar and the neck.
- Leave 2 or 3 inches for adjustment, then cut off and dispose of the extra length.
Good to know
- Wash your hands after handling the collar, and keep it away from children.
- ADAMS makes pet, home and yard products that go with this collar for complete pest control.
- Check the fit every few weeks as your dog grows, and keep the two-finger room.
- Puppies under 12 weeks are not a fit for this collar, so wait until the age is right.
