Iconoclast Front Orthopedic Support Boot

Your horse's front legs do the hard part. The stop, the turn, the ground that looked flatter from the saddle than it turned out to be. Iconoclast front orthopedic support boots are built for that work, with patented Double Sling Straps that hold the leg with firm lateral support instead of cinching down in one spot.

They're shaped to reduce joint interference and restriction, so your horse gets the support without losing the range he needs to move out. It is an all-around boot for every discipline, from the practice pen to the arena. The boot doesn't care what you ride, it just keeps the front legs protected while they do it.

Highlights

• Patented Double Sling Straps hold the front leg steady through stops and turns
• Lateral support that leaves the joint free to move
• An all-around boot for every discipline
• Orthopedic design aimed at the front legs that take the pounding

At a glance

Good to know

• Hose the mud and manure off after the ride and let the boots air dry before they go back on, so the straps stay sound.
• Check the straps before every ride. A boot that shifts will rub.
• Measure around both the front and hind fetlocks with a soft tape before you order. They are often different sizes, so plenty of riders buy one size for the fronts and another for the hinds.

If your horse works for a living, keep a set in the trailer.
