A stall fork lives a hard life. The tines wear down, the head takes a beating, and the handle is often still good. The KD-115 Stall Fork Head lets you swap the worn part and keep the handle you already trust, which costs less than a whole new fork and gets your cleanup tool back in service fast.

It is built as a replacement head for compatible K&D stall fork systems. On its own the head measures 11.5 x 14.5 x 4.875 inches, so check it against your tool model before you order. It is the head only, not a complete fork, and that is the point: the handle stays, and the work goes on.

Highlights

  • Replacement head for compatible K&D stall fork systems
  • Keeps a good handle in service
  • Head only, not a complete fork
  • Measures 11.5 x 14.5 x 4.875 inches
  • Built for daily barn cleanup

Why replace the head instead of the whole fork

The head is the part that does the work, so it is the part that wears out. Tines bend, edges chip and the head body cracks long before a sound handle gives up. Replacing only the head keeps the part you like and cuts the cost of getting back to work. For a boarding barn, a lesson barn or a tack room that cleans stalls every morning, a spare head is one of the cheapest ways to keep a daily fork going.

It also makes a good backup. A busy barn can keep one replacement head on the shelf so that a worn tine never pulls a fork out of the rotation for a week. It suits a farm where one fork does every stall, a family with horses in the back pasture, or any crew that needs the morning cleanup to run on time.

How to use it

The head swaps onto a handle you already own. Check the fit before you start.

  1. Check the head measurements against your tool model before you order.
  2. Follow the fork system's attachment steps to remove the worn head and fit the new one on the same handle.
  3. Tighten the fitting so the head sits square to the handle.
  4. Test the fork in an empty stall before you go back to a full morning cleanup.

Good to know

  • Match the head to your tool model before ordering, since it is made for compatible K&D systems only.
  • Keep one spare head on the shelf so a worn fork never sidelines a cleanup.
  • Replace the head when the tines or the body are worn or damaged, and the handle still works.
  • Pair it with a stall rake from the same aisle for a complete cleanup kit.
