Trailer cleanup is the job nobody wants at the end of a long day, and a full-size stall fork is awkward to haul and hard to swing in a horse trailer. The KD-139 is built for that job: a compact fork for quick manure and bedding pickup on hauling days, at the show grounds and in tight spaces.
The assembled fork measures 49 1/8 inches long, 10 1/2 inches wide and 6 1/4 inches high, with a 42-inch handle. That's enough reach to work from the trailer floor or the aisle without a lot of bending, and it packs into the trailer kit next to the grooming tote.

What it's for
A mini fork is the right tool when the work is small and the space is tight. Trailer floors are narrow, the corners are hard to reach, and the ceiling is low enough that a long handle gets in the way. A short fork lets you get into those corners and under the partition without fighting the handle.
It also earns its place in the show kit. After a weekend at the grounds you want to clean the trailer quickly, load the gear and get home. Keep the fork with a small bucket and a grooming tote, and cleanup at the next stop takes a few minutes instead of an afternoon.
For daily full-size stall work, a full-size fork still does the job faster, and the mini fork is not meant to replace it. The KD-139 is for the trailer, the tight stall and the quick pickup, and it does those jobs well.
How to use it
- Clear the loose manure and wet bedding from the trailer floor or the stall.
- Work from the back toward the door so you aren't stepping on what you just cleaned.
- Lift the debris into a wheelbarrow or muck bucket, then sweep the floor clean.
- Hang the fork on a wall hook or stand it in the tack room so the tines stay off the floor.
Good to know
- Pair it with a small bucket, a feed scoop and a grooming tote for a trailer kit that's ready for the next stop.
- A replacement head for mini forks fits this model, so the handle can keep working after the head wears out.
- Rinse the fork after a dirty trip and let it dry before it goes back in the trailer, so mud doesn't set up on the tines.
