For the horse that gets wound up at a show, on a haul or when the barn routine changes, this supplement promotes a sense of relaxation and mental alertness without drowsiness. The goal is a horse that stays sharp and settled, not one that is sleepy.
Hemp hulls and hemp meal are the core of the mix. Hemp supports healthy function and balance of the body's endocannabinoid system, and the formula also brings L-tryptophan, thiamine, calcium and magnesium into the feed.

Why choose a calming supplement
Some horses take a change hard: a new trailer, a crowded show ground, a new barn mate or a stop-and-go haul. A daily supplement in the feed gives you a steady routine to lean on, so you are not guessing on the day. Because the goal is calm with alertness, it suits a horse you want to keep sharp for the job.
Who it suits: show horses, horses that haul a lot, and owners of a horse that gets wound up when the routine changes. A horse that needs to stay ready for the ride, not dull, is a good match.

How to use it
Mix it into the daily feed at the same time each day, and keep the routine steady so you can judge how your horse settles.
- Daily: 1 to 2 tablespoons per 1,000 lbs of body weight, for horses of all classes and ages.
- Before an event that may create excitement or stress: 2 to 4 tablespoons, 1/2 hour before. The large end of the enclosed scoop measures 1 tablespoon, about 1/2 ounce.
- Keep fresh water available at all times, especially on hot days and during hauling.
Good to know
- Reach for it on show day, during hauling, or any time a change in routine has your horse looking for a reason to fret.
- Keep turnout and work schedules steady, so you can tell how your horse settles.
- Keep a log of when you started and how your horse handled each event. That record is worth more than memory.
