Weeds along a pond bank, a ditch or a fence line can take over fast and crowd out the grass you want to keep. Hi-Yield Killzall Aquatic Herbicide goes after listed annual and perennial grasses, broadleaf weeds and woody brush, so you can clear the edges of a pond or drainage area without spending the whole weekend on it. It's made for aquatic and other non-crop sites, which covers much of the rough ground around a farm or rural property.
Canadian thistle, chickweed, dock, foxtail, pigweed and ragweed are among the weeds it controls. It also works on the stumps of cut brush, on wildlife habitat restoration and management areas, and on winter annual weeds in dormant Bermuda grass. One 32 oz bottle covers up to one acre, so you can plan the job before you mix it.

What it's for
Not every weed killer belongs next to water. Products made for aquatic and other non-crop sites are built for the places where grass, brush and weeds grow near ponds, ditches, fence lines and other ground that isn't planted with crops.
Choose this for clearing the edges of a stock pond, keeping a drainage ditch open, cutting back brush and treating the stumps after you cut, or knocking down winter annual weeds in dormant Bermuda grass. It suits a landowner with a few acres of rough ground and a sprayer to put it down. Keep it for the non-crop jobs it was made for.

- Read and follow the directions printed on the product before every use.
- Keep spray off desirable plants, and check the directions for the conditions that fit your job.
- Clean the sprayer thoroughly after use, and keep the rinse water out of ponds and ditches.
- Check with your state fish and game agency before you treat public water, since a permit may be required.
Good to know
- Mix, store and spray it only in stainless steel, aluminum, fiberglass, plastic or plastic-lined steel containers. The cautions below explain why galvanized and unlined steel are off limits.
- Hi-Yield's Spreader Sticker is made to work with this herbicide, a natural pairing from the same line.
- Store the bottle upright in its original container in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and animals.
- Dead aquatic plants use up oxygen as they break down, which is why the cautions on fish and water matter.
- It does not control plants that are completely submerged or have most of their leaves under water.

Cautions
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
CAUTION: Harmful if absorbed through the skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Avoid breathing spray mist or vapors. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS: This product is considered to be relatively nontoxic to dogs and other domestic animals; however ingestion of this product or large amounts of freshly sprayed vegetation may result in temporary gastrointestinal irritation (vomiting, diarrhea, colic, etc.). If such symptoms are observed, provide the animal with plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. Call a veterinarian if symptoms persist for more than 24 hours.
Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters. Treatment of aquatic weeds can result in oxygen depletion or loss due to decomposition of dead plants. This oxygen loss can cause fish suffocation.
DO NOT MIX, STORE OR APPLY THIS PRODUCT OR SPRAY SOLUTIONS OF THIS PRODUCT IN GALVANIZED STEEL OR UNLINED STEEL (EXCEPT STAINLESS STEEL) CONTAINERS OR SPRAY TANKS. This product or spray solutions of this product react with such containers and tanks to produce hydrogen gas which may form a highly combustible gas mixture. This gas mixture could flash or explode causing serious personal injury, if ignited by open flame, spark, welder’s torch, lighted cigarette or other ignition source.
