Permethrin SFR is the concentrate for the pest work around a farm and the buildings on it. At 36.8% permethrin, a small amount goes a long way in the sprayer, so you mix only what each job needs.
It mixes with water or oil to suit the job, and it is used around homes, sheds and barns, on lawns and landscapes, on ornamentals, and in and around animal housing. The pests it is labeled for include ants, beetles, boxelder bugs, cockroaches, crickets, earwigs, flies, millipedes, mole crickets, pillbugs, scorpions, silverfish, spiders, ticks and wasps.
It is also labeled for use in and around poultry houses, and on listed animals for specific pests.
Highlights
- 36.8% permethrin liquid concentrate
- Mixes with water or oil
- Controls ants, flies, ticks, wasps and more
- Labeled for use in and around poultry houses and animal housing
- Pre- and post-construction termite use, by licensed applicators
Why choose a concentrate
A concentrate lets you mix only what the job needs. That is cheaper per treatment than buying ready-to-use spray for every problem, and one container can handle the barn, the lawn and the poultry house.
It is built for the everyday jobs: ant trails at the barn door, wasps under the shed eaves, flies around animal housing, and ticks in the yard before the grass gets long.
It suits farm and ranch owners who do their own spot treatments, and anyone with barns, sheds, lawns and poultry houses to keep up.

How to use it
Mix the concentrate with water or oil to suit the job, and treat only the sites and pests the product is labeled for.
- Dilutes with water or oil for use in many applications.
- Use on lawns, landscapes, ornamentals, around homes, sheds and barns, and in and around animal housing, including poultry houses.
- On listed animals, use it only for the specific pests it is labeled for.
- For subterranean termites, the work is for licensed pest control applicators only.
Good to know
- Permethrin is in IRAC group 3A. If you rotate chemistries across a season, keep a spray log of what you use and when.
- Keep the concentrate sealed, out of direct sun, and away from children, pets and feed.
- Pair it with regular mowing and manure removal, which cut the spots where insects hide and breed.
- Termite work is for a licensed applicator. Call one for that job and keep this for the rest of the place.
- On animals, follow the label table for each species and pest. Use on dogs only, never on cats.
