FlyRelief gives you a low-effort way to pull them away from where you walk and work. Hang one, add water to start the attractant, and the flies that come to it end up in the trap.

The attractant is built in, so there's nothing to measure. Just fill to the line. The trap catches house flies, blow flies, flesh flies, blue and green bottle flies, dump flies and dung flies. Why keep a disposable fly trap on hand

Fly control on a farm is about where the flies are, not just how many there are. A trap set away from the house and animal housing draws flies out of the places people and stock spend the day. Placing traps 30 feet or more from the house and the animal housing pulls flies away from both, which is the whole point.

It suits a family with a few hens and a dog, a dairy or horse barn with a steady fly problem, or a backyard the flies have taken over. Keep a spare on hand so a full trap can come down the same day, when the flies are at their worst.

How to use it

1. Cut the film on top along the dotted line inside the black rim, then pull the top up by its tab until it snaps into position.
2. Fill the trap to the fill line with clean water to activate the attractant.
3. Agitate lightly to spread the attractant through the trap.
4. Hang the trap outdoors within four feet of the ground, in a sunlit spot where flies are active and odors won't be a problem. In hot weather above 90 degrees, move it to shade.
5. Place traps 30 feet or more from your home and animals to draw flies away from both.
6. For heavy fly pressure, use several traps in different spots.
7. Replace the trap when it's full of flies or when the contents dry out.

Good to know

• This trap is for outdoor filth flies. It is not for indoor use, and it is not for biting flies. For biting stable flies, look at the adhesive stable fly trap in the same aisle.
• The contents can give off a bad odor, so keep them off your hands and clothing, and wash your hands with soap and water after handling.
• Store unused traps in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place out of reach of pets and livestock.
• Keep a spare trap on hand so a full one can come down the same day.
